Resist the urge to post a reply telling the Troll that you have reported him. Trolls take any reply -- no matter how negative or positive as reinforcement.

Which reminds me: what happened to AmericanFool?
Such insightful observations such as his should be shared with the world.
I mean; he belongs with the Hemingways, Steinbecks and Dilbert.

If the SOP's are not followed then we will have to take things to the first level of the Positive Discipline Program and if that does not work then its delete, delete and delete.

Well he's back. Trash1 .... guess that means he has a sense of humor, seeing as how it was mentioned a few times that the webteam needed to and did "take out the garbage".
So we'll see if anyone follows your SOPs.My guess is no.

Well that pretty much handles the Trolls but what do we do with the penguins, polar bears and Kiwis'?

SOP for Handling a Troll
The first rule of Troll hunting is simple:
Don't Feed the Troll
Trolls thrive on attention, the more attention they get, the more they come back to disrupt a forum.
When you spot a Troll, here's what you should do:
- Report the Troll's post(s) to a Moderator. In this forum's case it's as easy as clicking on the
icon below the Troll's name to send a report to the Webteam.
- Resist the urge to post a reply telling the Troll that you have reported him. Trolls take any reply -- no matter how negative or positive as reinforcement.
- Ignore the Troll's posts. Once again, this forum provides the option to place the Troll on your Ignore list. Do so right away. If you don't even read the Troll's posts you won't be tempted to respond to them.
- Once you spot a Troll thread, resist the urge to even read it. Doing so only increases the thread's "Views" and shows the Troll that he's getting the attention he craves so badly.
- Understand that Trolls are impotent little cowards who believe that they gain power by anonymously provoking a response to their posts. Don't give them the satisfaction of a reply and they will eventually go away. If they don't go away, who cares? You're already ignoring them as if they didn't exist anyway.
