I'm a couple pages away from finishing Report From Ground Zero by Dennis Smith which IMO is an amazing book and one of the few I've read cover to cover.

Any book suggestion Firefighting related will be greatly appreciated.

It's a little old, but Last American Heroes-Today's Firefighters is a great book, lots of good stories in it. It's written by Charles W. Sasser, and Michael W. Sasser.

Let me know how 3000 Degrees is, I too have been interested in it.

I recently read Boston on Fire and would highly recommend it. It is more or less a first hand account of the history of the boston fd.
