Woman Reads Proposal In Christmas Lights

KENOSHA, Wis. -- Melissa Gemig got her marriage proposal in lights -- Christmas lights.

Brian Steinseifer popped the question by taking Gemig for a stroll down a street in Kenosha known as Christmas Lane.

Lit up among the holiday displays was the message, "Melissa will you marry me?"

Steinseifer is a designer for a Milwaukee advertising agency. He said he got the idea a little more than a week ago, but he wasn't sure he could pull it off. He did.

Gemig said yes. They plan to get married next year.

My cousin worked out a deal at Medievil Times to propose to his (now) wife.

He left to go to the bathroom, and she got called to be the "maid of honor thing" he then came riding in on a white horse and proposed to her.

I can't think of many things to top that.

Damn these guys and their awesome ideas.
