Thanks guys. A line from Tennessee Ernie Ford's "Sixteen Tons" comes to mind, "Another day older and deeper in debt". Not really, but you get the idea. The fact that I remember the song speaks to my seniority though.

I believe the standard assignment for a cake fire that large is at least two engines to douse the flames, a ladder to clear the smoke, and a heavy rescue to cut the slices.
