WOW! Would like to know more about that one. I mean some of those bike riders think they own the road. Not saying this is the case on that one, the driver of the car evidently was doing that rubber neck thing too. But one thing amazes me is how calm the cop was. He is one cool cookie. If it was me the dispatcher would have been able to tell that this one could be a nasty one.
