Hmm... keep the bridges OPEN? That would mean that the decks are dropped, and free access granted. Perhaps what you mean is CLOSE the bridges - raise the decks, and prevent crossing?

I have to ask this. Who claims that part of the country? Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania or no one??? Always amazed me how messed up that area was compared to other parts of the US! Guess I will have to side with Harve, Keep the draw bridges OPENED!!!

Ya know, I had to do a re-test to qualify, but one thing that remained the same, was the rain. Only on Saturday it wasnt the torential downpour it was the last time, but we still have some rain. I had to ask the "obvious" question: "Tom, does it always rain when you guys are testing?" The answer was "Yes."
