I found this on a Canadian Military site. After resizing it, the text does not come out very clear. It should read:

Brazo's County Sherrif's Office:

Luxury SUV $50,000.00
Custom Wheels $5000.00
Custom Stereo $3000.00
Seizing it from a drug dealer PRICELESS
