Ya, Chief. I've had that problem, also had the annoyance of being able to post at home, but not from work - although that is somewhat understandable due to increased firewall protection and stuff like that.

Since you are hungry anyway...
Dinner tonight was sea bass. Corvina (as opposed to Chiliean sea bass which I usually buy). I liked this one much better. Sauteed wth some garlic and shallots, add a little balsamic vinegar to deglaze the pan, serve over arugula and fennel and garnish with parsley and the sauce from pan. YUMM.
Congrats Patty. When are they putting you out to sea?
and for extra measure. I am baking fresh bread. It is in the oven now. It should be ready about 6 (by time it finishes baking and then cools down) should you wish to pop by for some fresh bread.

I have six months at the Royal Australian Naval College then I start my specialist training on base and at sea.
I believe they drink Brandy now rather than Rum. I dont believe I have ever tried it but it sure has to beat Rum.

I have not heard of white lightning. I am assuming that it is some kind of 'Southern State' drink from America.
My drink of choice is a beer called 'Toohey's Pilsener' which is currently in short supply. There is a sign at my local bottle shop saying that the brewery wont be able to supply any more until mid february.
