Adding images?

I have been trying to add images to the body of my posts to no avail. Reading the forum rules at the bottom of the page, it shows that the IMG (image) code is OFF. How do I turn it on? (no wisecracks from the peanut gallery here either!!!)

In reading the rules for inserting images, it also says that I must have a URL address for these images. What if I want to insert one that I've got stored in my computer? That doesn't have a URL, so how would I embed it in the body of my posting?

Anyone? WebBoard? Bueller? Bueller???

I believe that feature is selected in your "control panel" read through and click the space that says to allow images.

What if I want to insert one that I've got stored in my computer? That doesn't have a URL, so how would I embed it in the body of my posting?

after you read this, click "post reply", under the white section where you type the message body, there is the following..

Options:

Attach file: (this is what you would use)

Click the "browse" button, it will then have a pop up that allows you to go to the place you have it stored on your puter.

I just went through this myself.. and I had seen it before... my mind is going. LOL

You may have to adjust the size of the image you want to post, so if you get a message that it's to big, down size it, and then re-reply.
