So what do you do when a new member or a new hire turns out to be a real goon? We've all been there...the new guy or gal starts off O.K., but soon starts showing his/her colors? To further add misery, he/she doesn't really do anything so severe as to be bounced out of the probation. A real "Frank Burns" (showing my age) individual. We've all had them...how have we handled them??

I'll let you know.....we currently have 3 pups on probation and 4 more soon to be hired.....way to many new guys...3 just came off probation. With these 10 new men we are bound to have a mutt or two in the bunchIACOJ Membership 2002
