Because it's their God given, constitutional right- they pay their taxes and thats their spot and no dumb *** fire fighter is going to tell them otherwise.why do people park in front of hydrants anyway?

But what if it's the local police department that blocks access to the hydrant ? Do your local police officers block the hydrants like I've seen ours ?BE SAFE
