Cowboy Copas, Hawkshaw Hawkins, and Randy Hughes, crashed in Camden, TN. All were lost.
I will never forget her and the others.

She had such a beautiful voice. Of course I wasn't around then, but my mom always listened to cassetes and cd's of her. Had to be a sad day indeed to have lost all of those talented singers/performers. -

Before logging on just now, I spent some time finishing up my latest CD, "Somewhere South of Lonely". Patsy is on it, with "She's Got You"....... I knew I wanted a Song of Her's, but which one is a challenge, with so many choices. Such a sad ending to a Career that was in full Bloom.......Never use Force! Get a Bigger Hammer.

IMO, one of the greatest female vocalists of all time.
I am a huge fan of I Fall to Pieces, Never No More, and her cover of Walking After Midnight.
