Cheap things that everyone should carry and everyone could actually use: 20' webbing, wire cutters, small tools etc. Depending on how much you are wanting to spend per person, get a bunch of stuff, make a "goody bag" and give it out. I would love to recieve something like that from a coworker.

I'm hoping for the EMS Monopoly, as my primary area of interest is EMS, and I've been a long-time fan of the game. And pretty darned good at it, too, I might add.

I just picked-up some small trinkettes for my Guys. I buy things that they can use away from the Job. I feel this makes it more personal, plus my FD Stuff goes into a cabinet in my Garage..... It's what works for me.....

Eat til you're sleepy..... Sleep til you're hungry..... And repeat.....
The first year I was on a volunteer fire department, the Board of Trustees got a jacket with the department logo, our names and current helmet number embroidered on it for each member.
The second year,we each got a "Fire Department" knife from an online store.
The third and final year that I was on that department, the Board of Trustees got us a 1.9 million dollar fire station.
There's plenty of ideas not mentioned here that the crews can be given for Christmas. We always hoped for a night free of runs so that our neighbors could enjoy Christmas but that's not something any of our Trustees could guarantee even with one of them being the County Judge Executive's brother in law.
If you are the Officer, spring for the dinner that you guys will be having for Christmas Day or Christmas Eve, or day after Christmas. If you have a break during that time, then buy the dinner on your first day back.
