    Hi all,

I recently took a trip to Baltimore, had my scanner there part of the time, my question is are all of Baltimore's incidents dispatched via the radio, are any incidents called into the firehouses by phone or not announced on the radio? I was just curious if I was hearing all their runs? Thanks for any help/info.
