Emergency remake

If the Apocaplypse really does come upon us and "they"(whoever "they" are)decide to make a movie version of "Emergency",who would you want playing the parts?
" Who's gonna fill their shoes?",as George Jones sings.
Given that races and genders are usually changed to suit "modern times"any actor or actress is fair game but I doubt casting Paris Hilton as "Doctor Kelly Brackett" would be all that good an idea.

I don't care who you choose, you can't replace a classic! Look at all of the remakes that have flopped over the years because people like the originals so much.

Sam Jackson was in the SWAT remake, so he's out.

Vince Vaughan as Roy
Rene Russo as Dixie
