  • Training Records help

I am with a Volunteer Fire Department with a very limited budget. We are looking for Free software or an Access database template to track the training hours of our members. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Does such software or templates exist. Give enough time (a couple hundred years or so) I could build one in Access, but I don't want ot re-invent the wheel.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can either use access or excel. access is the way to go since you can have drop down menus with data to chose from. The simple way would be to go with excel. You can insert simple math equation to add up volunteer training hours. Check microsoft online to see if you can find online templates.

Fire Station Software is not free, but it is very reasonable. http://www.firestationsoftware.com

Call me and we can work something out.

Define "Reasonable" no pricing at your website and anytime I see modules I see $$$.
