Extrication training program

Can anyone direct me to extrication training programs? I am looking for basic and advanced extrication training programs to be held in our city. I have attended the howell rescue and high tech rescue courses but was wondering if thier are any other groups holding training. I believe that ron shaw with extrication.com holds courses but his site is down right now. Also is thier a group that holds a train the trainer program? I know a piece of paper doesn't make an instructor but might give some new insight in to teaching.

Any help on the topic would be appreciated

I hear the Howell school is one of the best... I wanted to attend it this year, but it was filled. Since you are in Michigan, I would recommend you attend the Auto Extrication and the Commercial Vehicle Extrication classes at the State Fire School in Bowling Green, Ohio held in May. Both are excellent programs and you will make some good contacts to bring instructors to your city.
