They have cut several corners making the tools. Safety was not a factor at all.Stick what your using,It's the best anyway !!!! -
Champion Tools
Last weekend I had my first opportunity to look over a set of Champion Rescue Tools at our local fire school. I didn't get to actually use them, so the jury is still out. Does anyone have a set of these? If so, what is your opinion on them? I found the cutter to be rather innovative in design. I was also surprised at the size of the tools for being a low pressure system. Although from checking the specifications, they have sacrificed some spreading force compared to other low pressure systems which probably explains the size difference.
