Have you tried looking at Mr. Shaw's http://www.extrication.com web site yet?? Ron Moore and a few of the other most prominent rescue "guru's" in the US have put alot of stuff on this site. There is alot of information on their site about the "modified dash roll" as it is more commonly called. They have some good pictures of it there.

I have a few pictures of a Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute(MFRI is the organization that presents all the "Drills of the Month" in the Training Section of FH.com)Rescue Technician training class from this past weekend. Some of the groups tried this method and were pleasantly suprised. I took a few pictures and if you would like them, email me at [email protected] and I would be happy to send them to you.

I you have any other questions, feel free to email me those as well.
