Back seat of a 'burban

Has anyone ever had to extricate someone from the rear bench of a Suburban, Expedition, or other similarly large vehicle? Is it particularly difficult to get those rear doors open if they are pinned? Is there anything we should know about the extrication?
I'm sure pin-ins in the rear of these vehicles are rare, but they must happen and I've never heard it addressed.

Never worked one, look forward to hearing feedback from those who have. In the meantime, I would suspect that if you keep to basic principals of stabilizing the vehicle and don't let the physical size of the vehicle overwhelm you, you should do fine.

The large SUVs are normally built upon pick-up truck frames. I have worked on those, so I would not expect the SUV to be significantly different for extrications purposes.

Depending on damage to vehicle, roof removal or one of the various side displacements or removal with a clip saws works well on SUVs or vans.
