A few weeks my department was notified that we were awarded a grant to purchase our first set of extrication tools. Since then we held our fish fry to help pay our cost share. We've also had 3 demos and are scheduling more to help us decide what brand we want to get. This is great news for us since we cover about 4 miles of I-35 and on average have appox 125,000 vehicles pass through on a daily basis. Construction started last year to expand it from 4 lanes to six.

Just had to post this since we are so happy about this.
