Converting Holmatro hose to Hurst Fittings

My department recently purchased a used heavy rescue that has several reels set up with Holmatro CORE hose. We run 5,000 psi Hurst tools and were looking to see if we could convert the hoses to run Hurst tools. We would then power the reels with 2 separate Hurst single-tool power units.

We were told that a hydraulic shop might be able to convert the fittings to the Hurst twist lock fittings.

I was hoping someone might be able to give me some insight as to if this is possible. Thanks.

I would expect you will have to flush the Holmatro fluid out of the line too.
