    hello everone ill get right to the point. im looking for info on making strong backs for trench rescue, cutting bolting size of wood to use were to put the holes and so on any info anyone has will help thanks

    The bolts used are 3/4'' x 3 1/2 machine bolts. The holes you make to insert the bolts should be large enough to allow you to countersink the nut. Placement of the bolts should be in the center of the strong backs aprox one foot down from the top on the panel one foot up from the bottom of the panel and then find the center between those two bolts (center of the panel) and that's the location of your third bolt.
