Hazmat Training

Does anyone know of any training scenarios that deal with Hazmat? I'm looking for lesson plans, and ides so I can put on training sessions during a tour. I'd like to start with the "basics" and work my way up.

This is a bit late, but yes, I have access to multiple senarios from the mundane (diesel in the ditch) to something more exotic such as what happens when you allow 250,000 gallons of whiskey to burn and flow into a major water supply.

I look for good ones off of incident reports.
