Over Packing cylinders

Does anyone have any information on "real world" shipping of cylinders from a meth lab site. We had a very large 300 lb cylinder of Anhydrous Ammonia that was taken from a clan lab, and had to be field packed and shipped out. The cylinder was to large for our largest over pack. We did find the factory cap, and installed that, prior to strapping it down.

Did you have a canadian overpack available? What size anhydrous ammonia cylinder was it? I would look into the SIGRI, or canadian overpacks.
