Policies for line firefighters...

A co-worker of mine is looking for policies for firefighters operating at the Operations level. We've got a policy for techs, but need something that defines the role of the tech and puts it into a working text that can be adopted in the field.

Anyone have anything that might come close?

Well I just finished 24 hours of ops level haz-mat, and the way I get it is the techs get the hands on, and the ops level do all the work!

There are a lot of jobs for the ops level people from decon, to changing air bottles and so on. I guess that if I were writing an sop for that I would make it very clear that no ops level people go into the hot zone. They can perform any warm duty they have trained to do, and any cool zone duties as well.
