Haz-Mat Reports

We are developing a haz-mat report that has building site information in it. A kind of preplan.Included will be a building site plan, staging area, hazardous materials and their propeerties and location within the building and other items we haven't thought of yet. There will be a hard copy on all rigs. If you have something like this in your department or know of one, I would be interested getting some of these ideas.
