    The Fire Science Academy at University of Nevada Reno is revamping their ARFF program. On November 2-4, 2010, they will be offering three 8-hour refreshers, along with a course on Aircraft Firefighting for Structural Firefighters. Vendors will be present, and they are working on getting some demo trucks. Their goal is to turn this into an annual ARFF training/show. See attached links:

      DFW Airport Exercise:

      On Oct. 19, 2013, DFW International Airport held a training exercise at it's facility for 30 + regional departments, (using the to scale) on the Airbus (500 passenger) A-380. There were also 100 + volunteer casualties available for EMS training, with numerous ambulance's for transport.

      On October 2014, the first international A-380 flight's started arriving at Terminal D-Gates 15 & 16 on a regular daily basis. The exercise was called Life Saver 2014.
