waiting list

I plan on enlisting into the army reserve in February, and want my MOS to be 21m firefighting. I have read alot of other threads concerning this topic, but haven't found anything that was concrete on how long the waiting list might be for this MOS. I'm not really interested in any other aspect of the military, mainly because of the certifications that the army offers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If there is a waiting list, your recruiter is just plain lying, or not doing his job. MAKE him get you a spot at Goodfellow, if he wants you in bad enough, he'll do it.

Yes it is, but that is where the DOD has their fire academy for all services.
