intern trainning
Hey there firehouse friends Iam partly in charge of our interns from the local college iam looking for ideas for trainning them they are green in the fire service so it needs to be low impact and we have a staffing issue there is only two full time guys in our house and we have 3 interns. Are you wanting to train them like a FF (as in stuff you would learn in FF 1 & 2), or are you just trying to show them what FFs do?
You could always start out by teaching them about the history of the fire service. This is the first thing I had to learn at the fire academy.
