You have to keep watching the paper or get on the mailing list at the government center.................tips to get on, have a clean past, present and future.................they only want the best, thats why the process is sooooooo long, they weed out people to get the top. When you got 500 to 1000 people at a time, they weed em' out..............but good luck though
