I just want to thank everyone for the warm welcome. I'd also like to tell Kevin that I have been in the private sector for 5 yrs, and yes I'm very interested in the fire aspect. I'm planning on fire school within the next two years. That's what I've always wanted to do actually. So, any help/advice from anyone is welcome. I'm looking foreward to being able to join the brotherhood. Again thanks for the welcome. Looking foreward to hearing/chatting with everyone.

    Thanks.....Eric

I know that you are probably all excited to get started but also remember to help on the scene (go with the flow) is what i am trying to say. If you have any questions while working a scene wait to you get back to the station to question anybody about how or why they did something. Don't make a conflict of intrest at a scene were people are watching including the victim. Also step back at a few of the scenes and just watch how things are handled. Get the BASICS first. Master those skills before moving on to the more complex skills. TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN. And always the remember my motto.
