Neverforget343 Campaign Honoring 9/11 and 2011 Fallen Heroes
Dear Fellow Brothers & Sisters:
I'm writing to you for assistance. The Endicott Firefighters Emerald Society “EFES”, which was formed by the members of IAFF Local 1280, is sponsoring the Neverforget343 campaign. The website is www.neverforget343.org please visit the site and pass it along to your friends, family, and co-workers. I'd like to take a minute to tell you a little about the campaign.
The Never Forget 343 campaign was developed to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of September 11, and honor both the men and women who gave their lives on that tragic day and in 2011. The Never Forget Fallen Firefighters College Scholarship Fund will help 2011 fallen firefighter families; send their child or children to college. The proceeds from donations and shirt sales will be used for the education of children who lost their Mother or Father in the line of duty in 2011. A specific college fund will be set up in the child or children’s name(s) that are selected in January of 2012. All 2011 LODD will be honored on our website along with the 343 men and women that died on 9/11.
EFES is a non- profit organization and encourages any Fire Department Organization, or Company that would like to be a supporter of this cause, possibly by promoting it on any of your publications, magazine, online, E-mail distributions lists, and where ever else that could be of assistance, we will place the company's name on the website as a sponsor and contributor to the cause We also are accepting any donations as well.
