Prefire Survey

We are trying to develop a "Prefire Survey Form". We would like to keep it to one page (Front/Back). This is not a Inspection. We are looking for idea to be referenced from the station and by Command (or his assistant).

Steve, I am not quite sure what you are asking. Are you looking for form that will give you details of what the construction is, fuel tanks, where is the electrical panel. If that is so then I call it a Pre-plan form. I keep them on all the fire equipment. It tells you who owns the property, telephone numbers etc. This is very important to the OIC. Hi Steve, I am doing most of our dept's preplan work. We are using the preplan system in FIREZONE. It is used to draw the picture and you can also make notations on the page. If you need any more info email me, and I will send more info to you.
