Hey guys,
I went for a physical before entering the Academy, and my doctor told me to quit smoking. I told him it was hard of course, and he prescribed a pill called chantix that blocks the nicotine receptors in your brain. I have quit now, and it was incredibly easy. I had tried to quit before, and it just drove me insane. So any of you guys thinking about quitting, seriously consider this option.
