    Hello everbody, my name is Tim and I'm 17. (I'm french by the way so please, forgive me if my writting isn't perfect)
    My family and I are mooving to florida next year and my dream is to be a firefighter.
    The thing is, I don't feel fit & musclar enough to become one. Of course I go to the gym and I run a few kilometers every weekend but, I'd like to know if I should have some precise goals to achive or some exercices to privilege.

      1. Importance of training both strength and endurance. A high degree of strength and endurance is crucial for firefighters to enable the safe and effective execution of operational duties.
      2. Vertical push progressions.
      3. Split squat and step ups.
      4. Deadlift and squats.
      5. Cardiovascular endurance.
