Fit for Duty Assessments

I am searching for information on medical companies that conduct medical evaluations in accordance with NFPA1582. I am interested in companies that conduct on site evaluations, in lieu of driving to a hospital or doctors office.

That would be ideal. a doc/nurse that would do the medical and draws would save the city money in mileage on rigs, time out of service, wish we could do that. We have a nurse as our EMS/PFT coordinator but the medical testing is up each FF. We do a modified WFI fitness assessment and/or incumbent PAT

I would think to run your idea through your EAP and see if any of the Docs/Nurses from there are willing to do this. It may be a long-shot but it might just work.

I know a private practicioner may ablidge you, but I also know you will pay for their time, mileage and such.
