We applied for a wellness fitness grant. Have any been awarded or any rejection letters gone out? We got our 10 questions about 2 weeks ago.

Awards have been going out every Friday. Last round of denials went out last Thursday so everyone that has 1199As and questions should be getting announced eventually.

Health and Wellness

What did you apply for in your Health and Wellness grant?
Were you successful?
We are applying this year for some plymovent systems and some fitness equipment for our station. If you could give any advice that would be great.

Remember to keep your biggest need in mind. If you NEED those Plymovents, go for them. If your department feels that they are satisfactory in the equipment area, and you're looking out for the wellness of your personnel, go for the fitness stuff.

Mixing and matching can, and has been successful...but it's a much more risky game.
