  • Extrication Equipment

I would like to know if many have had success in obtaining Jaws, air bags, stabilation equipment (rescue 42) and traffic safety equipment. Just like to know if it a solid option.

      D.o.t.

There is Federal funds from Department of Traffic Safety available. In California the state department of DOT administrates the funds. The funds are available for child car seats, DUI check points, extrication equipment, air bags, opticom, ambulance purchase etc. Check in with your stats DOT for any grant programs.

We got a set hurst tools a few years back from the program. Our county got awarded $250,000 worth two months ago. We got another set of tools and air bags.
