Your well ahead of most JVaughn. No new word as of yet but still watching closely for any developments. I think Congressional staff at some of those sponsors offices are getting sick of hearing my name and reading emails from me. Hang in there it will happen. Just be prepared to jump on whatever train decides to leave the station.

Word on the street....

I heard from two good sources that the money will be shipped to states, and they will hand it out; in my case we have State Terrorism Task Force that feds funnel money through.

I truly hope it will be open to all fair and equally however I dont see it going that way.....
