Ok I know this has been talked about before but I just wanted to make sure I have it correct - after being turned down twice this go-around some good news would be nice. I checked our grant from 2004 and we are now showing a 2006 award number - from what I have read here in the past this is a very strong indicator of good news coming – am I correct?
