Helpdesk handles tech support only. FPSs are the ones that handle application stuff like whether or not the questions got sent.
Could be worse, my company changed the name from Helpcenter to Customer Care Center. Because they can't help so they didn't want to confuse the customers, but at least they care...
Updated 1199A on 11/14/2006
call from DHS on 12/13/2006 asking why we had not answered the questions, answer was we never got them. On 12/12/2006 I had e-mailed the help desk asking if the questions had been sent, I was told the questions would be e-mailed if we were to receive them. I thought they might be more help. But anyway were one step closer.
For the 4 I worked with that got announced on 12/8 the 1199As came on 9/5, 9/7, and 2 on 10/30. Reductions on the 1st two. Still have 1 left from September not awarded.
Good for you, sucks for me. When did you get the original 1199a?
We got our award # on our 1199a from 2004 on 10/28/2006 and we 10 questions on 11/5/2006, reduction on 11/22, award 12/8/2006.
If you got the 1199a update - you should be in the $$$ - one thing that was holding this years grant up was that I forgot to file the end of year report on our 2005 grant. Once I filed it I got the reduction notice.
