Anyone else receive the 1199 update but haven't received the ten questions? We got the 1199 three weeks ago and haven't heard a thing since. Gettin' nervous; I'm checking my email about twenty times a day and the application mailbox but not getting any news...

Don't worry too much. It usually takes several weeks following the 1199a update to get the 10 questions. It took us almost 3 weeks. -
Our 1199 showed up on 9/8/06.

We got our 1199A update on September 14 and the 10 questions on September 25. Just FYI.

Our 2005 1199 form was updated about 3 weeks ago and the 10 Qs came yesterday!

I'm thinking our rep might have been on vacation or something...I got the award number on our 1199 update the first day they did them but didn't get my questions until yesterday. I did a semi-annual performance on Friday for last years grant and tried to call the FPS but she was not in. Yesterday I got the questions and got my email confirming the semi-annual was accepted this morning...Originally posted by Weruj1Comment
