The 1199 Link????? What does it mean???

Got the update 1199 link on 10/16/03. Sent off the 1199 that day. No question, calls or emails. Hope that it was not a mistake. Don't know what to think.

They don't ask for banking info unless they want to send you money. Questions should be popping up in the next week or so. The range in time from link to questions has been 2-6 weeks for the most part. A few have stated that they called to verify the 1199A got received, and were asked the questions while on the phone, so that may be an angle of attack at getting more info. I'll throw in my congrats now. Whatcha buying?

Replacing 15 old SCBA's and a new compressor. Looking at the new SCOTT NXG'S. We have some old SCOTT's new and some MSA's.

If it's not to bold to ask what are you looking at for price on the NxG2's, what options ..ect?

our local dealer said about 3750 with spare bottle and radio interface. They are not the ones that we priced for the grant. We priced the MSA's. But since we are doing a wholesale change, we are going to look at something other than MSA.

Also talked to FEMA today (11/05/03) about them receiving my 1199 form. The guy who answered the phone said that it takes them about 4 to 5 weeks to process the forms. He said wait another 3 to 4 weeks for a email to say that they have the form. He was the first one that I talked to at FEMA that was not to friendly!
