I know the "Dear John's" went out early October via email. Just as our firehouse's internet supplier crapped out on us, causing our primary email address for the fire grant to die.. I have asked our secondary email address for the grant to check his email.. no joy on the "Dear John." Do you know BC76er, if they have no luck when they sent our the "Dear John" emails, will they send out U.S. Mail copies.. or can I chalk this up since my secondary email was not tapped for the "Dear John," that I am still in the running.. Thank you in advance for any answer...

Anywho, they would have sent a paper letter if they got an undeliverable message back from the email. You can call them to double check if you want. Although that's one of those phone calls where you really would rather stay in the dark than find out the answer. At least I would anyway.
