We asked for 5inch supply. but we underestimated the TIC price and would now like to retrofit some or most of our SCBA along with the new ones we are getting. Do you think they will let us forget the 5in and get a better camer***$, and retrofit some of the scba with integrated pass and buddy air for RIT? The whole scope of the grant was hose, scba and a tic...........

from what I've been reading...
hmmmmmm..... sounds like you can make some changes, as long as it fits in to the original request area, so since you already had the SCBA's, and TIC in there they might let you change somewhat, but I don't know if there is a limit on how much you can change. Something in one thread about 10% adjustment allowed, when you get the word, take it up with your fema rep. Good Luck.
