question on dear john leters

For those who have received the dear john letters, did you receive them email, and were they directly from a FEMA address. reason for asking is I receive alot of junk mail and delete it. want to make sure I didn't delete something important. also is a snail mail copy sent?

I received mine by email. It was from [email protected].
The subject line will have "Re:EMW-2003-FG-(your application number)".
I don't believe that if you are receiving email notification that you will receive a copy in the mail.
Here's hoping you don't get one!
