We never received the questions via E Mail. We received an initial phone call stating the questions would be on the way. We never received them. I called back several times and the young lady than took the answers over the phone. It seems like each situation is different depending on who is processing it. Good Luck
I sent our reply by email. I asked a question of the person who I emailed, and got a response the next day. You may want to reply again asking if they received it. It may take a month or more to hear the good news. Don't worry too much, everything sound go for you.
To those of you who have received "the questions", how have you sent your reply? Did you just reply to the email? Print them and mail it? Follow up w/ a phone call?
It's been a week and a half since we received ours, but there has been no activity on our status. No update 1199a link and no email confirmation that they received my reply.
