To those who have previously done performance reports..

What information is required for the 6 month and 12 month performance reports? I would like to be ahead of the game and have all the info I need in my hands.

The 6 month is just a short paragraph on what's happening: money requested/received, equipment bought/ordered, that sort of thing. The 12 month is the closeout, the complete details of dollar amounts spent (in federal and in matching, in case you overmatch), line by line of equipment bought and quantity, and a few other summary type questions. Nothing extravagent, just make sure y'all don't lose any paperwork for the next 3 years, one of the program requirements.
