Only concerning part on my grant application was our operational budget. I put our entire budget because we are all volunteer and have just got a tax district on line as of two years ago. So it looks like we have substancial money, but basically we have a bunch of 30 year old hand me down trucks in an old building that needs replacement. So my question is, if you got a grant for a vehicle, what is your operating budget? Like everyone else, I am nervous as heck waiting on word. Haven't gotten the 6 questions list, nor have we heard anything at all. We asked for a tanker ($150K) and our total budget is $45,000 a year. Keep posting the threads everyone, it helps the nerves! Everybody needs to quit worrying. People will not hear from FEMA until right before the round they are picked. It could be late in the year, or even into next year. I got a grant in the 10th or 12th round, and didn't hear anything thing until December last year. We got the 5 questions about two weeks before it was announced. Your operational budget is small compared to most. Our operational budget is about $80,000, and we got a grant. SO DON'T WORRY.
